Esta política cubre todo el software de audio de escritorio de Perxal. Las aplicaciones Zorenth para teléfono quedan fuera: sus compras las gestionan Google Play y la App Store con sus propias reglas. El texto vinculante es el inglés; el español es traducción de cortesía. La cláusula 12 del contrato de licencia la incorpora por referencia — en Planes, el contrato de licencia de Planes —, así que forma parte de ese acuerdo.This policy covers all Perxal desktop audio software. The Zorenth phone apps are outside it: their purchases are handled by Google Play and the App Store under their own rules. The binding text is the English one; the Spanish version is a courtesy translation. Section 12 of the license agreement incorporates it by reference — for Planes, the Planes license agreement — so it forms part of that agreement.

Qué pasa con tu licenciaWhat happens to your license

Tu licencia termina cuando se procesa el reembolso. Desde ese momento debes dejar de usar el producto y eliminar las copias instaladas y los archivos de licencia que estén bajo tu control razonable. No tienes que rebuscar en respaldos viejos.Your license terminates when the refund is processed. From that moment you must stop using the product and delete the installed copies and license files under your reasonable control. You do not have to hunt through old backups.

Cuando sea técnicamente posible, Perxal podrá además desactivar o revocar la licencia y sus activaciones.Where it is technically possible, Perxal may also deactivate or revoke the license and its activations.

Después de los 14 díasAfter the 14 days

Escríbenos igual. El reembolso ya no es automático, pero si el producto está roto en tu sistema, o hace algo distinto de lo que dijimos que hace, preferimos arreglarlo o devolverte el dinero antes que dejarte con un programa que no puedes usar. Cuéntanos qué pasa y en qué anfitrión y sistema operativo.Write to us anyway. A refund is no longer automatic, but if the product is broken on your system, or does something other than what we said it does, we would rather fix it or refund it than have you stuck with software you cannot use. Compras duplicadasDuplicate purchases

Si compraste el mismo producto dos veces por accidente, reembolsamos la duplicada, siempre que podamos verificar que ambas transacciones son del mismo cliente y del mismo producto y que la duplicada no se ha usado como una licencia aparte. Pídelo dentro de los 60 días siguientes a la compra.If you accidentally bought the same product twice, we refund the duplicate, provided we can verify that both transactions are for the same customer and the same product and that the duplicate has not been used as a separate license. Ask within 60 days of the purchase.

Paquetes y ofertas combinadasBundles and combined offers

Cuando un producto se compró dentro de un paquete u otra oferta combinada, reembolsar un componente puede exigir reembolsar o cancelar la compra completa, si los productos individuales no pueden separarse sin alterar el precio que se aplicó.Where a product was bought as part of a bundle or another combined offer, refunding one component may require refunding or cancelling the whole purchase, when the individual products cannot be separated without changing the price that was applied.

Actualizaciones de pagoUpgrades

Cuando el reembolso corresponda a una actualización de pago, la licencia de la versión actualizada termina al procesarse el reembolso. Tu licencia anterior, si la conservas y sigue siendo válida conforme a sus propios términos, no se ve afectada y la mantienes.Where a refund concerns an upgrade, the license for the upgraded version terminates when the refund is processed. Your previous license, if you still have one and it is still valid under its own terms, is unaffected and you keep it.

Uso abusivo de esta políticaMisuse of this policy

Perxal podrá rechazar solicitudes que constituyan fraude, abuso de esta política o un intento de seguir usando un producto sin conservar una licencia válida para él, sin perjuicio de los derechos legales que te correspondan como consumidor.Perxal may decline requests that amount to fraud, to abuse of this policy, or to an attempt to keep using a product without holding a valid license for it — without prejudice to any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

ContracargosChargebacks

Si inicias un contracargo o una disputa de pago por una compra, podremos suspender o terminar la licencia asociada a esa compra mientras la disputa siga abierta, y terminarla si el pago acaba revirtiéndose. Si algo salió mal con tu compra, escríbenos antes de acudir al banco: para ti es más rápido y casi siempre podemos simplemente devolverte el dinero.If you start a chargeback or payment dispute over a purchase, we may suspend or terminate the license attached to that purchase while the dispute is open, and terminate it if the payment is ultimately reversed. If something went wrong with your purchase, please write to us before going to your bank: it is faster for you and we can usually just refund you.
